Use of the kitchen facilities (fridges, gas range, dishwasher, work table) for the exclusive caterer, heating and utilities package included (non-exclusive caterer: fees apply).

Cleaning of the venues included, except for the client’s decorations and bottles.

Sound system in the Cour Médiévale (playlist provided by the client or a DJ).

Evening lighting of the outdoor areas on the day of the event.

Event lighting in the Pavillon au Roy on the day of the event.

Video projector + 3 m × 2 m screen.

Folding tables and chairs for the Galerie des Arts and/or the Pavillon.

Capacity: Galerie des Arts up to 40 guests, Pavillon au Roy up to 190 guests.

À la carte: additional furniture and equipment, decoration, lighting, sound system, Open Café, brunch, clearing up, shuttles… (see the “Additional Options 2027” sheet).

Catering and drinks are not included in the prices.
