From 2024 onwards, Château de Vixouze works with a single exclusive caterer, placing its full trust in JARROUSSET, Maître Traiteur in MURAT.

Their thorough knowledge of our venue and their professionalism — in product quality, food-safety procedures and personal service — guided this decision.

If the client nonetheless wishes to bring their own caterer, a supplement of 800€ incl. VAT applies.

In addition, if your caterer brings extra equipment (holding cabinet, oven and other appliances), the electrical load must be checked and, if necessary, a temporary connection requested for the additional power, at the client’s expense (see the ENEDIS temporary connection contract).

Please also note that no cooking takes place on site during a wedding meal: all food is brought in by the caterer in a refrigerated van.

NB : without a refrigerated van, the caterer will not be allowed on site, for food-safety reasons. No exceptions will be made. It is therefore the client’s responsibility to inform their caterer of the hygiene rules that apply in a public-access venue.
